CANCELLATION POLICY FOR GROUP BOOKING
• The Room tariff mentioned above is applicable per room night.
• Taxes, Service charges, and other levies are additional wherever applicable if something is not specifically
mentioned.
• We advise you to guarantee your reservation against a credit card or cash deposit.
• Cancellation 90 days prior to arrival dates – No Retention Charge.
• Cancellation between 90 and 75 days of arrival date – 50% of the package/applied rate as Retention Charge.
• Cancellation between 75 and 30 days of arrival date – 75% of the package/applied rate as Retention Charge.
• Cancellation within 30 days of arrival date or non-utilization of the room – 100% Package/applied cost as
Retention Charge.
Guests desirous of having their company’s GST number stated on the bill are requested to provide the
same at the time of booking or check-in failing to which will not be added after the c/out

In case the hotel is unable to accommodate the confirmed reservation, the Hotel can help by providing an alternate and similar accommodation and is not liable to pay any compensation / damage

Children up to 05 years will be complimentary for 06 years & above which will be chargeable as Extra Adults as per hotel policy.
HOTEL POLICY
• For improved security of the Hotel Guests, the Hotel reserves the right to check an
Original Proof of Identity such as a Valid Passport /Visa copy (essential for all
foreigners and NRIs), Aadhar Card, Driving license, or Voters Id Card “
• In case of direct payment mode, request you to provide your credit card details for
guarantee purposes against your confirmation.
• Cancellation: Guests receive a full refund for cancellations made up to 7 days before
arrival. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival or no-shows will be charged the full
reservation cost. In case the hotel is unable to accommodate the confirmed
reservation, the Hotel can help by providing an alternate and similar accommodation
and is not liable to pay any compensation / damage.
• For bulk bookings of more than 5 rooms should be informed at least 15 days’ prior,
failing to which will not be cancellable further on a full refund
• Room allocation for Interconnected Rooms on the same floor, will be subject
to availability on arrival.
• Early check-in and late check-out will be subject to availability
TERMS & CONDITIONS
• Check-in @ 02:00 PM and check out @ 11: 00 AM.
• Early morning check-in from 08:00 hrs. will be subject to availability
• Late C/out after 1600 Hours will be charged as INR 2500+ Taxes Half-day charges and
after 6 PM will be charged as Full day tariff.
• If your organization is on the approved credit list, then the bill to the company facility can be extended against written instruction from the company letterhead. In all such cases, the bill has to be settled within 15 days from the date of checkout. In the absence of a billing letter from the company, the guest may be asked to pay the bill on departure.
• All arrivals prior to 08:00 hrs. will be held & charged for from the previous night.
• All confirmed reservations would behold only against credit card guarantee or
advance payment after 18:00 hrs. In absence of the same, the reservation may be
released thereafter.
• Pets are not allowed in the hotel premises.
• Arm and ammunition are strictly prohibited in hotels.
• Our Hotel is Providing some of smoking room, if you want then you have to inform
at the check- in time.
• Shisha Smoking is not allowed in the Hotel Premises.
• The Belvedere management is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damages sustained while using the swimming pool & Rooms balcony. Guests are responsible for their own and that of their children safety.
• The swimming pool is open daily from 06:00 AM to 20:00 Hrs Please note that there is no lifeguard on duty.
• The Hotel Not Responsible for The Safety of Valuables Left in The Guest Room. Kindly Put All Valuables Deposit Locker Available in The Room.
• The Management Does Not Take Responsibility for The Loss of Valuables Left in The Room.

Refunds: Applicable bank charges may be deducted from refunded amounts
Non-refundable Periods: Bookings made during long weekends, citywide sold-out dates, and blackout periods (festivals, Christmas & New Year’s) are non-refundable and non-changeable. Dates between 20th December to 2nd January are considered blackout periods and bookings made under this period are non-refundable.
New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner: A mandatory Gala Dinner fee applies to all The Belvedere Kasauli guests on New Year’s Eve.
